Garden Birds

We suspected we had few little birds using our garden as we have a host of sparrows who rule the roost. However, we are constantly amused by their antics and hope you enjoy some of the pictures Mike has taken.
Firstly, the Sparrows - after spending much time with our noses in reference books we are none the wiser as to whether these are all sparrows or whether there are some other birds in there as well, so an overall heading seems the answer

LBJs

(Little Brown Jobbies!)
Starlings - we also have a large number of Starlings enjoying the benefits of our Reen and we are lucky that they use our arch to dry off after their swim
Blackbird - this beautiful bird with its golden beak occasionally comes for a visit
Seagulls - the elegant dancers with the bad tempers!
Pigeons - The total opposite to seagulls, struggling to fly and usually looking a bit like bumble bees (aerodynamic impossibilities)
And finally, the dignified elegant Jackdaw, looking down on everyone else
